• Pool has three underwater bar stools on the edge that allows people to sit in the pool and view the 55in.outdoor TV
• Large 8+ person hot tub with gas heater
• Large gas fire pit with surround seating
• Pool and Loggia have an extensive outdoor sound system that is controlled through our Elan smart system app
• Two large teak lounge chairs
• Large covered outdoor loggia with gas fireplace, large sectional couch and table to view the 50in. TV
• Large outdoor kitchen with granite island and countertops and built-in sink, refrigerator and large Weber gas grill
• 2nd story very large outdoor uncovered balcony with sectional couches, outdoor table in front of a gas fireplace
• 2nd story large, covered balcony (adjacent to the uncovered space) with a large teak table that seats 8 people
• The entire outdoor ground floor and balcony area covered with travertine stone and have an integrated sound system for each location

• 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico
• Separate built-in granite countertop bar and cabinets with icemaker, refrigerator, art features, etc.
• Separate home office with desk
• The entire upstairs windows and 10' sliding glass doors have both electronic sun shades and blackout shades controlled through the Elan app
• All electronics in the home (TVs, streaming, sound system in every room and all areas of outside, sun shades, blackout shades, pool / hot tub features) are controlled through the Elan app on multiple iPads throughout the house.

Summary: A beautiful property with plenty of room for all. The kids loved the spacious pool for hours. The area is south of the mainstream beaches and is easy to walk. The house is two blocks from three diverse restaurants. We had never been south of the Don Cesar, but I’m sure we will return to this area and this home if available.
